Welcome to "Alpina Sanico": Our Accommodations, Fully Renovated in 2026
Experience authentic Italian charm in our four individually designed units. We are nestled in the historic "Borgo" of Sanico—a picturesque, traditional hamlet known for its peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views of Lake Garda. "Alpina Sanico" sits on a sunny plateau high above Toscolano Maderno, surrounded by stunning mountains right inside the "Parco Alto Garda" nature reserve.
Parking & Access
All our accommodations include access to our fully fenced property with private, on-site parking (three spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis, one of which is covered).
Important: The parking area is secure. If you would like to park on the property, we will hand you a key for the entrance gate upon your arrival.

Apartment "Pizzocolo" with Balcony: Spacious and completely self-contained, featuring a brand-new, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a large queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Enjoy your independence and a direct view of the majestic Monte Pizzocolo.
Apartment "Maderno": Beautifully styled and featuring a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, a double bed (140cm), a private bathroom, and a gorgeous view of "Lago di Garda" (no balcony). This unit offers plenty of space for a relaxing getaway in a truly charming setting.
Double Room with Queen-Size Bed "Sanico" with Balcony and Sea View: A cozy retreat located in our historic main house. This freshly renovated room comes with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a small seating area, and a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The balcony is fully furnished. To make your stay even more comfortable, a mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided.
Double Room with Queen-Size Bed "Ortello" with Balcony and Sea View: This freshly renovated room features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a magnificent view of the lake, and a spacious, furnished balcony. It also comes equipped with a small refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
