Welcome to Sanico

Dear guest,

We are delighted to welcome you to our newly renovated property. To ensure that all our guests and neighbors in the village feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. As we live on-site, please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
• Check-out: Please vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM, so we can prepare the final cleaning for our next guests.
• Minimum stay: A 5-night minimum stay applies during peak season (July and August), and a 2-night minimum stay during the low season.
  

2. Cleaning & Privacy

Alpina Sanico operates on a self-catering basis, meaning we do not provide daily hotel services. To ensure your maximum privacy, there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay unless explicitly requested. Should you need anything at all, please feel free to approach us personally at any time!

Final cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee applies: €25 for the double rooms and €50 for the apartments.

Staying with a dog: If you are traveling with a dog, an additional charge of €20 applies due to the extra cleaning required.

3. Consideration & Quiet Hours

To respect the peace and quiet of our village, please observe quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies, provided the balcony door remains closed.

4. Holidays with your Dog

Your four-legged friends are more than welcome! Please ensure your dogs are kept on a leash in the common areas and the stairwell. Kindly note that all furniture and beds are strictly reserved for our two-legged guests!

5. Parking and Waste

• Parking: Three parking spaces are available within our gated property. Additional parking can be found in the immediate vicinity of Alpina Sanico.
• Waste separation: Waste separation is very strict in Italy. You will find color-coded or labeled bins in your room; please dispose of your waste in the appropriate main containers before your departure.

6. Safety and Environment Please use water and electricity mindfully. Kindly turn off the lights and electrical appliances whenever you leave your room.

• Windows & Umbrellas: In case of rain or strong winds, please close all windows and the sun umbrella.
• Before your departure: We kindly remind you to wash the dishes, tidy up, and empty the trash. Please close all windows, fold the sun umbrella, and turn off the lights.
